Leadership Certificate Coaches
Leadership Certificate Coaches guide students through self-directed leadership development during a 2 - 4 semester experience on campus.
Students and coaches meet at least twice a semester, and coaches assist by infusing their passion for helping students into the partnership, as well as the benefit of their own leadership experience and knowledge, and the ability to help the students stay on track.
Coaches provide mentoring and support as the students create an individual plan for their leadership growth; gain skills from experiences in and out of the classroom, group activities, critical reflection and leadership development programs; and complete a portfolio describing their leadership development in detail.
