Completion Ceremony

Each fall and spring semester, the Illinois Leadership Center hosts a Certificate Completion Ceremony to honor students who have completed the Certificate Program.

During the ceremony the students who have completed their certificates that academic year will present their portfolios to guest and discuss their growth and development through the Program. Guests will have a chance to view the portfolios and ask participants questions about their experience in the Program. Each student will be individually recognized and presented with a Leadership Certificate.

We invite all current Certificate students, interested participants, current Certificate Coaches, interested Coaches, staff, faculty, alumni, and other friends of the Leadership Center to attend these events.

Leadership Certificate Kick-Off
Typically held mid to late September each Fall.

Spring Certificate Completion Ceremony
Typically held late April to early May each Spring.

For exact dates for this year's events, please see the Leadership Center Calendar. Please RSVP if you are planning to attend these events.

Certificate Students: If you are planning on completing your Leadership Certificate this year, please email the Certificate Program Coordinator by November 1 so we can plan accordingly (this is especially important if you are completing this winter). Additional information about each of these events will be sent out to all active Certificate students who contact the Center by this date.
